[Power of cold brew green tea]
Green tea rich in minerals, vitamins, catechins and theanine. However, these active ingredients will change depending on how you use them. Caffeine and catechin content is suppressed in the green tea that when brewed with cold water, and a lot of vitamin C is extracted. [Cold tea for the hot summer]
The biggest attraction of green tea is the ease of use. As a cold drink in summer, or a hot drink when you want to warm up. When using cold water: Put 1 or 2 tea bags in a bottle containing 1 liter of water and cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or more. When making hot: Prepare hot water (about 80 degrees) with one tea bag. First, add a little hot water to the cup to steam it, and then pour the remaining hot water after 2 to 30 seconds.
